A new interest group is forming in Ocean Hills Country Club. This is just a group of people who are interested in eating a more plant-based diet – whether for health reasons or just curious.
We are meeting monthly and sharing recipes and conversations around healthy foods and other longevity tips with each other.
We meet on the second Friday of the month at the clubhouse.
