One of the most anticipated summer traditions at Ocean Hills Country Club is the annual Concert on the Green.
Our family has loved meeting up at this outdoor concert throughout the years. This year’s event took place on August 30 and brought together residents, neighbors, family, and friends for a really fun afternoon with live music by 3 Car Garage – San Diego’s Premier Rock Dance Band.
Hosted by the OHCC Recreation Department, the free concert is held right on the greens at the 1st tee. The golf course closes for the day so everyone can set up picnic spots, share food and drinks, and enjoy the music together.
Despite the warm weather, residents found shady spots under the trees and the energy stayed high. The highlight, as always, was the dance floor—proof that a little heat can’t keep Ocean Hills residents from kicking up their heels.
This beloved tradition is just one of the many ways life at Ocean Hills Country Club goes beyond golf. From live music and dancing to community gatherings, events like this showcase the active and welcoming lifestyle our 55+ community is known for.
